Mobilization, Optimization, Stabilization and Training Fund (“MOST”, “MOST Programs”), a non-profit labor management trust established June 1, 1989, has partnered with the construction industries, contractors, owners and craft workers in a unique network that listens, learns and leads. Through listening to each of the partners, MOST has developed key programs serving the construction industries workplace and enhancing customer service.

This site was developed as a communication for our organization, the industry and the general public. By registering with or contacting us through www.MOSTPrograms.com, you agree that any information or comments you provide may be shared among MOST, The International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, Iron Ship Builders, Blacksmiths, Forgers, and Helpers, AFL-CIO, and its affiliated entities, and used without restriction to process service requests and improve or market our services.

Personally identifiable information that we may collect through our site includes first and last name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, union membership information, and employment-related information that is relevant to MOST’s purpose.  While documents and forms that are downloadable from this site may request additional personally identifiable information, we do not collect such information through our site.
