Boilermaker Reserves Program
The Boilermaker Reserves Program connects skilled Boilermakers with upcoming work, offers them the opportunity to review the needs that jobs may require and provides access to jobs throughout the United States. This system permits members to actively seek work and download a record of their qualifications.
The real value of the system lies in the ability for local hiring halls to broadcast work requests for peak manpower demands in their jurisdiction. With a knowledge of which members have the proper authorization and certifications, project managers can attract skilled Boilermakers nationwide and better serve Owners and Contractors.
